Week 4 has begun and surprisingly, it has been a pretty easy journey! I’m not going to lie, there are points in time where I really crave something I can’t eat, but overall it’s going very well. It definitely helps that I am seeing and feeling some great results! Oh, and cheat days!
I am too excited to make you wait until the end of this post. I started this plan on May 25th, so yesterday marks exactly 3 weeks. (I am on the fourth week now.) I weigh myself at the same time each Monday and as of this week I am down 11.8 pounds!!
