Always Eat After 7PM – New Diet Challenge!

I’m not going to lie. All this time indoors has added to boredom and emotional eating. Sure, I try to make good choices, but I also love baking and cooking. While we’re spending time as a family and taking precautions for our health, I decided this would be a great time to get serious about losing some extra weight and increasing my energy. Sharing my Journey

This sounds like a new diet challenge I can handle!
