Disney Drink of the Day: Viking Coffee

December 29, 2014 By //  by Lauren 6 Comments

Today’s Disney Drink of the Day comes from one of the many delectable drinks in Epcot’s World Showcase. Just thinking of which one to choose, made my mouth start watering! Soon my head was filled with the thoughts of a Grey Goose Slush, or a Blood Orange Margarita, or perhaps even a Sicilian Sunset. While the pavilions of France, Mexico and Italy do have some delicious options, on this snowy Colorado day, I really feel like curling up around one of my favorite adult treats found in the Norway Pavilion.

There is a little place most have heard of for a different delicacy called the Kringla Bakeri Og Café. While most flock to this location for the incredible School Bread pastry (which I also highly suggest,) in my book, its creamy deliciousness is made even more mouth-watering when paired with a velvety Viking Coffee. Viking Coffee is a scrumptious combination of Bailey’s Irish Crème, Kamora Coffee Liquor and coffee.

This liquid heaven can be served either hot or cold and although it may be the first time you pass this way, it definitely won’t be the last. (#RIPMaelstrom) Have you tried this yet?

Sounds yummy! When we go next month, I am going to have to give this a try – provided it is gluten free!

It would all be wonderful if the Frozen theme and the annoying Olaf wasn’t part of this
