Focusing on Health
I’m not going to lie. All this time indoors has added to boredom and emotional eating. Sure, I try to make good choices, but I also love baking and cooking. While we’re spending time as a family and taking precautions for our health, I decided this would be a great time to get serious about losing some extra weight and increasing my energy. When I was offered the opportunity to receive an advanced copy of Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion, it sounded perfect.
Sharing my Journey
For the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing my journey and my experience with the book and the new diet challenge. I’m hoping I’ll have some positive results to share, too! “Always Eat After 7 pm is a three-phase program that teaches you how to lose big by strategically eating big when you are naturally hungriest—in the evening. This may sound too good to be true, but let me assure you it is no gimmick. It’s all about making strategic and smart food swaps, and you can still eat your favorite foods.” Sounds ideal, right?!
Debunking the Myths
I tend to not be hungry first thing in the morning, but always hungry later in the day, yet the rules I’ve always heard state I should be doing the opposite, so I obliged. “Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night.” Count me in! This sounds like a new diet challenge I can handle!
