If you like Dole Whips or Citrus Swirls, chances are you’ll like this! Although the Orange Freeze is a non-alcoholic specialty on the Standard Pool Bar Menu, you can ask them to make it alcoholic for an extra frothy delight. Either way, this frosty frozen beverage is delicious. (And that is coming from someone who, gasp, doesn’t like Dole Whips!) The Orange Freeze is a cool combination of orange puree and non-fat yogurt. Ask them to doctor it up a bit and you’ll more than likely receive the addition of Finlandia Tangerine Vodka. As an adult libation, the drink closely resembles the Tangerine Dream which used to appear on the menus and is a close relative to the Citrus Blast still available. The Citrus Blast combines Finlandia Tangerine Vodka, Amaretto, orange puree and non-fat yogurt with a Blue Curacao foam on top.
All of these are creamy and delicious, and are a wonderful way to enjoy an afternoon refresher in the hot, Florida sun.
