Epcot is one of my favorite places to dine. With cuisine from around the world, it’s tough to choose a favorite, but the Sicilian Sunset and fresh, wood-fired pizza might just force me to pick.

More like when you dine at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria and take one bite of their delicious pizza, that’s love. Love at first bite! The fresh ingredients flown in from Italy and baked in their giant wood-burning ovens create palate perfection. Honestly, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten. With a meal so incredible, I had to have an equally delightful cocktail and the Sicilian Sunset was just that.

Fresh and citrus-filled flavors make this drink the perfect aperitif. (A tasty alcoholic beverage used to stimulate the appetite before a meal.) Vodka, Orangecello, orange and pineapple juices are all mixed and poured over a scoop of shaved ice. Kids aren’t the only ones who love snow-cones! It was scrumptious! I sipped it while enjoying my meal, using it as a palate cleanser so that each mouth-watering bite of pizza tasted like the first. I think I may have found a new favorite restaurant in World Showcase…sorry Biergarten Restaurant. Does anyone else dream about their pizza? If they’re not your favorite stop, which restaurant is?
