When I posted the list of the 2015 Disney film releases at the beginning of this year, there were several I was really excited to see, but being a history nut, this then unnamed thriller definitely sparked my interest.
Bridge Of Spies is a dramatic thriller based on actual events during the Cold War. Insurance lawyer, James Donovan (Tom Hanks), finds himself in the middle of the events as the CIA calls him in to perform the delicate and nearly impossible negotiation for the release of an American U-2 pilot. Sounds intriguing, right? And definitely one I will have no trouble dragging the hubby to. I already have October 16 marked on the calendar with “Date Night!”
