Patriotic Floats – Kid-Friendly or Champagne

July 3, 2023 By //  by Lauren Leave a Comment

Every festive party needs equally fun drinks! These patriotic floats are adorable and refreshing on a hot summer day. They can be made with soda or champagne –depending on your guest list– and are sure to please.

Patriotic Floats

Both of these floats are so adorable and they both use the same delicious sorbet you can find at Walmart. It’s great for just eating on a hot day, but more fun to put in a festive float. Throw in some cute straws or a festive umbrella and you’ve got the perfect addition to your 4th of July menu.

Ingredients

Here are ingredient lists for both the adult and non-alcoholic versions.

Non-alcoholic

  • Sprite
  • Patriotic Sorbet

Adult Beverage

  • Champagne
  • Patriotic Sorbet

Yep! They’re that easy!

Directions

For the Non-Alcoholic:

  1. Add 2 scoops of patriotic sorbet into a glass.
  2. Top off with Sprite.
  3. Cheers.

For the Adult Champagne Float:

  1. Add 2 scoops of patriotic sorbet into a wine glass.
  2. Top off with champagne.
  3. Cheers.

Enjoy!

I just went out and bought one more tub of sorbet before they’re all out. I hope you enjoy this idea! If you haven’t already, please check out my other patriotic-themed or festive party ideas:
