Letters To Baby - Huggies

Huggies: Letters to Baby #DisneySMMC

July 22, 2016 By //  by Lauren Leave a Comment

I was invited as an attendee to the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration and received discounts as well as free items as such. All opinions expressed are honest and remain my own. For more information, please see my disclosures page.

Letters To Baby

With amazing content and incredible brands, it is needless to say that quite often there are tears flowing at the Disney Social Media Moms Celebrations. This year, Kimberly-Clark was one of the main sponsors and thank goodness because there were plenty of Kleenex handy. As the parent company of not only Kleenex, but also Huggies and their line of products (GoodNites, Pull-Ups, Little Swimmers and more) there were some wonderfully touching moments for the moms and dads in attendance.

They shared with us their work with NICU nurses in developing better preemie diapers. Holding one of the diapers in the palm of my hand let me better understand just how tiny and helpless these little ones truly are.

While each presentation was heartwarming the one that really touched my heart was “Letters To Baby.” Perhaps you’ve seen the commercials on television, but the short clips don’t do justice to just how sentimental these stories are. I can’t help but tear up each time I watch the video and think about how excited, nervous and in love I was throughout each pregnancy. I wish this was something that my husband and I had done with our kiddos, but still think it is a great idea to do for them even now. Perhaps someday when and if they begin the journey to becoming parents and are filled with so many incredible emotions, it will help them to know just how we felt.

I encourage you to take a moment and watch the video below and maybe even explore a few of the other “Letters to Baby” videos. They’ll definitely leave you with a feel good feeling and the need to go hug your kiddos, no matter what age.
