I have blog stories I am working on: my trip recap, my experience with My Disney Experience, interviews and the like, but while answering guest questions on the Disney Parks Moms Panel website this morning, none of those stories seem to matter at the moment. (I will finish them soon, I promise!) I was overcome with the intense urge to thank all of the guests who have asked a question, inquired about a concern, or simply just needed a little planning advice. I am approaching my 100th heartfelt response and I cherish the amazing opportunity I have had to help guide these guests in their magical adventures, but I am overflowing with gratitude for the help these guests have given me during the last two months. These guests have sprinkled my days with pixie-dust, taught me many new things about a world I thought I already knew, and allowed me to do something I absolutely adore every single day.
Far before I became a Disney Parks Moms Panel panelist, I let negative Disney experiences, stories and remarks get to me. Due to my strong admiration and passion for anything Disney and especially Disney Park vacations, I still tend to take the negativity personally. I know not everyone will share in my adoration or have a practically perfect experience each time, (heck, I have had a few inconveniences along my journey) but I am a firm believer that life (and vacations) are what you make of them. As I tell my kids, positive attitudes and a smile are the accessories we need to put on every day. Roll with the punches and if you need help always ask kindly and with respect and you will be amazed at the outcome you may receive. Anyway, to get back to the point, the Moms Panel is my “Laughing Place,” and all the positive guest questions, the inquiries by patrons simply trying to plan a little extra magic into their vacations are like refreshing baby giggles. The excitement, the passion, and the desire to have their fairy-tale vacation dreams come true are now pixie-dusted sprinkles to my day.
I know Walt Disney World pretty darn well, but there hasn’t been a day where I haven’t learned something new. I thank the guests whom I have personally assisted along with any of you who have stopped by and asked my fellow panelists a question. Guests like you, allow us to live our dreams and at least in my case, help add sprinkles of magic to the day.

I am forever the optimist as well, when it comes to Dusney parks and Aulani, I tend to look at the positive as well.
