They say exercise is one of the best ways to feel better and relieve stress and I definitely agree. I don’t do it nearly enough, but I know on the days I take a run (okay, run/jog/walk/slower walk) around the neighborhood it doesn’t only clear my mind it makes me happier and proud for pushing myself. The key to any successful run or workout is a great playlist. Whether it’s a podcast or your perfect jams, runs and workouts seem to fly by with the right motivation pumping through your ear buds.
