Disney Drink Of The Day: Margarita Fiesta

Disney Drink Of The Day: Margarita Fiesta

Disney Drink Of The Day: Margarita Fiesta

During our stay last May, the Laguna Bar, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, became one of my favorite vacation spots. Its inviting location is there to greet you once you pass through the grand lobby of the resort and its signature drink, the Laguna Azul, is amazing and was the perfect way to start our vacation. The special menu differs substantially from the standard Walt Disney World Pool Bar Menu and offers an incredible variety of tantalizing treats. This Disney Drink Of The Day may just remind you of a very similar favorite found else where on property though. Anyone care to guess what drink and where you can find it?

The Margarita Fiesta is a frozen favorite with delicious layers of mango, lime and strawberry margarita. I like to be a rebel and mix all three together, but it is also fun to drink with a new surprise and flavor as you get to each frosty layer. Sweet, satisfying and perfect to sip on as you sit waterside, breeze blowing through your hair.

Cheers to another #ThirstyThursday!

Family Adventure & Fun in Athens, Ohio

Family Adventure & Fun In Athens, Ohio… I was thrilled to plan a family vacation to Athens this summer. No, not Athens, Greece, (although that would have been awesome) but Athens, Ohio. Unlike many of our family vacation destinations, this was one place I had never been, so researching and planning was extra exciting. With …

Planning an Adult Only Disney Trip That Feels Magical, Grown Up, and Surprisingly Relaxing

There is a moment that happens on an adult only Disney trip when you realize something unexpected. You are standing on Main Street U.S.A., with a coffee that did not come from a stroller cup holder. No one is asking for a bathroom break. No one is melting down over snacks. And suddenly, Cinderella Castle …

A Romantic Getaway for 30

Very soon, I will be returning “home” to Walt Disney World to start our next magical adventure.  While that is reason enough to celebrate, this vacation is particularly exciting and important to me, as I will be creating memories with almost 30 of my closest friends and family.  (Yes, I said 30!) Over a year …

Is a Disney Cruise Worth It for Older Kids? What I Wish I Knew Before We Sailed

When you think “Disney Cruise,” you probably imagine wide-eyed toddlers hugging Mickey, not moody tweens rolling their eyes at princess meet-and-greets. I get it! Is a Disney Cruise worth it for older kids? With our kids firmly in the tween and teen years, I wasn’t sure if a Disney Cruise would still bring the magic or …
