Celebrate the new movie with Seedling’s Design Your Own Disney Beauty and the Beast Activity Kits

It’s almost here! The much anticipated release of Disney’s newest live action fairy tale, Beauty and the Beast is only days away. If you’re like my family, it’s been an almost agonizing wait. We’ve watched the animated version, listened to the soundtrack and entertained ourselves with Beauty and the Beast coloring pages, but thanks to our friends from Seedling, we were able to work these incredible Design Your Disney Beauty and the Beast activity kits to pass the time.

The first was an adorable Design Your Own Enchanted Rose Crown Kit. My daughter right away was excited to make this one as what princess doesn’t love a crown made of beautiful flowers?

It took a little bit to put all the flowers together at first, but soon enough we were ready to begin putting together her crown. It’s very pretty and was fun to do together. Even better, she wears it almost daily.

The next craft kit we worked on was the Seedling Beauty and the Beast Design Your Own Disney Flower Press Book. It’s still pretty cold here in Colorado, so we went and bought a fresh bouquet of flowers from the store. We then followed the directions to press our first flower and decorated our journal with the paint and stencils included. After a couple of days the flower was pressed perfectly.

We started saving them in the included journal, but found a neat idea to laminate them and turn them into book marks–quite fitting for the movie!
