Every year my husband and I plan to start shopping early. Not only does it offer less stress during the busy holiday season, but it also gives more time to really put the effort into shopping and finding unique items perfect for each recipient. This year we’re doing better. Well, we have at least started and that is better than most years. While there are a surplus of gift giving guides out there, I wanted to take the time to feature sites I adore or hidden gems you may not have otherwise come across. Where better to start this series than with a site made for Disney fans and adventures run by one of the biggest Disney fans and adventure seekers I know. One day an adorable California family followed their Disney dream and moved miles away into a real life replica house from Disney/PIXAR’s “UP.” Not only do they share their “colorful adventure” on their blog at therealuphouse.com, but owner, Lynette Hamblin, is also quite an artist and shares her one-of-a-kind glass work on the site as well.
The pieces are incredible and sell quickly, but she also offers unique melted wine bottle cheese trays and even fun and adventurous graphic tees. Not only do the shirts offer adorable sayings, but I have two and they are the softest and most comfortable shirts I own. The perfect wardrobe addition for any Disney fan or adventurer in your life.
This adorable pink tee is definitely on my list this year. It’s sweet and represents one of the best love stories ever told!
